How to upgrade Dental Health


Introduction


Keeping your mouth in good dental condition is a very easy task but some people take the task for granted. The following tips will help motivate and get you started on the road to maintaining dental health.


1 .Brush your teeth at least twice a day, when you get up in the morning and before you go to bed.


2 .Use a good toothbrush and a good toothpaste that cotains flouride.


3 .Replace your toothbrush every 6 months or when the bristles get ragged. An easy way to remember this is to go to the dentist every 6 months also, as you will usually be given a free one.
